Juventus will be forced to pay Cristiano Ronaldo millions after losing a legal battle with their former player.
Ronaldo took legal action against the Serie A giants, claiming they owed him more than £16million in unpaid wages.

This relates to agreements made with the five-time Ballon d'Or winner, and other players, to postpone the payment of wages during the COVID pandemic.
Players agreed to defer four months wages as the club struggled financially, but this was never later given to them.
Juventus were also accused of not reporting this in any official financial documents.
Ronaldo won his case against Juventus, as reported by Sport Mediaset in Italy, with an arbitration board awarding half the sum he was asking for.

This is around £8.5million, plus interest - likely taking the sum into eight figures.
Ronaldo left Juve in 2021 to return to Manchester United, having spent three seasons with the club.
He scored 101 goals in 134 games and won two Serie A titles.
The 39-year-old then spent 18 months back at Old Trafford before heading to Saudi Arabia with Al Nassr.
